Summer League Week 3

 

Elementary Division-

In a very close match, the Guards were able to get past the Tides by a final of 1-0. Emerson Allen had the goal for the Guards. In the second game, the Dunes earned a 2-0 win over the Waves. Evan Chubb had both goals for the Dunes.

 

Week 4 in the Elementary Division

 

The Guards were able to overwhelm the Dunes with an 8-1 win. Ellis hay has the big night for the Guards with all 8 goals. Evan Chubb had the solo goal for the Dunes. The Tides defeated the Waves with goals from Harlow Draper and Elyse Van Heest, for a final score of 2-0.

In the second game of the week, the Guards continued their scoring burst with a 9-1 win over the Tides. Emerson Allen (2), Finley Allen (3), Ellis Hay (2) and Pippen Hay had the goals for the Guards while Harlow Draper scored for the Tides. The Dunes defeated the Dunes by a final of 2-1. Evan Chubb had both goals for the Dunes while Madelyn Harrington had the goal for the Waves.

Senior Division-

 

Week three Senior Division games:

 

Riley Patro was able to score with 4:10 remaining in the match to give the Artics a 1-0 win over the Corals.

The Pumas were able to overcome the Seahawks with a 4-3 win. Lacy Bayley had a pair of goals in the opening half to put the Pumas ahead at halftime. Hadley Lewicki countered with a pair of goals in the third quarter to even the match going into the fourth quarter. Madi Torres put the Seahawks ahead with her goal at 2:57 by Bayley evened the match at 1:21 and got the game winner with 13 seconds remaining.

The Bengals were able to dominate the Baffins for a 4-1 win. Elise Westbrook, Mattie Kreig and Joslin Cain having first half goals for the Bengals to open up a 3-0 halftime lead. Brynn Bowen scored to make it 4-0 before Logan Stiles broke through for the Baffins.

 

Week 4

 

The week opened with the Pumas dominating the Baffins for a final of 7-3. Scoring goals for the Pumas were Abby Kane, Liv Muir (3), and Catherine Peranteau (3). Lily Ashby had the hat trick for the Baffins.

The second game on Monday night was a 6-4 win by the Corals over the Seahawks. Kenni Adamolekun put the Seahawks in the lead with a penalty stroke at 7:12 in the first quarter, Avery Congelson tied the game with her goal at 2:55. The second quarter belonged to Congelson with a pair of goals to make the score at half, 3-1. Goals by Sommer Dorman, Madi Torres and Adamolekun put the Seahawks back into the lead going into the fourth quarter. Congelson tied the game at 9:04 in the fourth quarter and Talia Scerra got an insurance goal at 2:34 to finish out the game.

The third game of the night was a 3-0 win by the Artics over the Bengals. Anie Partyka had all the goals for the winners.

 

On Wednesday evening the Seahawks got an early goal from Sommer Dorman and in a defensive battle was able to make it stand for a 1-0 win over the Artics. In the middle game of the night, Lacy Bayley had a goal in the first and third quarters to give the lead to the Pumas. Harper Serman scored early I nteh fourth quarter for the Bengals but the game ended at 2-1.

In the nightcap, the Baffins earned a 4-0 win over the Corals. Lily Ashby (3) and Riley Klopp did the damage for the Baffins.
