People who complain about the noise and dust from this concrete plant along Old Orchard Road in Lewes should re-read this sign. I'm sure the sign was placed there when housing projects started sprouting up on both sides of the company.
Business at Atlantic Concrete Co. has to be booming because I see their trucks all over the place.
In this case there is no question about what came first.
