Team Whip and Nae Nae win YMCA girls' league

The 2015 Youth Basketball League held at the Sussex Family YMCA in Rehoboth finished Feb. 27. Division 1 girls' team the Whip and Nae Nae finished the league with a win over The Moustaches.
In a close game, the Moustaches came back from a 14-point deficit in the second half to show the crowd a nail-biting finish, but ultimately the Whip and Nae Nae came out on top. They broke all team huddles during the season with all team members' hands in and "1, 2, 3 whip!" Team Whip finished the league in first place with an 8-2 overall record.
Players on the team were Anisha Batra, Emiley Bisaha, Mallory Burn, Emilee Fitzpatrick, Maile Godwin, Macy Steinwedel and Aubrey Smith. The team was coached by Marty Godwin.
