The Delaware State Education Association’s Ethnic Minority Affairs Committee held its sixth annual Minority Leadership Conference April 30. This year’s theme was Equity for All.
Educators from throughout the state gathered at Delaware State University in Dover to participate in various workshops. Sessions offered included Emerging Leaders, ELL: Second Language Acquisition and Development, Cultural Competence Training, Social Justice Training and Classroom Strategies for Addressing LGBTQ Bias.
