Linda Marie Beach, loving and caring spirit
On Friday, May 20, 2016, we lost a beautiful soul and gained a new angel in Heaven. Linda Marie Beach, 59, of Lewes, passed away after a long battle with COPD and asthma. Linda was a graduate of Dover High School, class of 1974.
Linda will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her. She had a loving and caring spirit. Linda was employed at The Sleep Inn in Lewes. Aside from working, she took a lot of pride in caring for her father. She was her mother’s right hand man. Her ideal day was spent on Lewes Beach in front of the house she grew up in.
She is the daughter of Jack and Genny Beach of Rehoboth Beach. She is preceded in death by her brother, John W. Beach III.
Along with her parents, Linda is survived by her daughter, Katie L. Cross and her significant other, Corey Hinde of Rehoboth Beach; her son, Chad Cross of Wilmington; her two brothers: Jay Beach of Lewes, and David and Jan Beach of Alabama; a sister-in-law, Ursula Beach of Lewes; two nephews, Scott and Chase Beach; and two nieces, Leah and Macy Beach.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
