Mariner, Beacon meet on the volleyball hardwood at Cape

The Mariner and Beacon middle schools’ volleyball teams met on the hardwood of Cape Henlopen High School Oct. 26 for their annual district game.
After the game, Cape varsity head coach Tyler Coupe addressed the teams.
“I saw a lot of good play here tonight,” he said. “Keep practicing and playing hard and you will be successful on the next level. Good luck the rest of the season.”
Both teams are scheduled to finish their seasons at the DAAD Middle School Invitational, Friday, Nov. 4, at Smyrna High School.
