A fundraiser was held by the Friends of Mimi for Carol "Mimi" LeVasseur March 26 at the Forgotten Mile Ale House between Rehoboth and Dewey. Funds will go to LeVasseur, a Cape Region local, for expenses stemming from a recent car accident. The event featured a special edition of the original Sydney's Music Revival by Sydney Arzt’s musical friends. There were a silent auction and lunch buffet along with plenty of space to celebrate Mimi's continuing recovery. The musical portion of Hugs for Mimi was hosted by area favorite Big Hat, No Cattle. The jam featured many local and regional musicians and performers, who donated their time and talent. Those slated to perform along with the host band included Bettenroo, Matthew Kenworthy, Holly Lane and John Flynn, Elwood Bishop and Some of The Bysquyts, The Girlfriends, and Sherman Ward and Peggy Raley-Ward along with members of the Funsters.
