Simple Summer Sorbets in 3 easy steps:
- Freeze individual chunks of ripe banana on a tray overnight. (1 banana/person = 6 to 8 chunks)
- Combine in a blender/food processor equal parts slightly thawed banana and any other slightly thawed fruit until smooth and creamy but still stiff, not liquid.
