First- and second-grade students at East Millsboro Elementary School were given Leapsters by the Kiwanis Club for their achievements in the Kiwanis Terrific Kids Program during the 2010-11 school year. Students in the program earn merits and are awarded prizes for doing good deeds and being good citizens.
