The Cultured Pearl Mall & Restaurant celebrated the 20th anniversary of Japan's Miyagi Prefecture, March 16-19 in Rehoboth Beach. The event benefits the Cape Henlopen, Dover High Schools and Miyagi Student Exchange Program.
An indoor Japanese street fair, sake and sushi tastings, entertainment, cosplay fashion show and sumo wrestling were featured. Activities such as calligraphy and origami were taught by students from the Miyagi Student Exchange Program.
