The expanded greenhouse was busy throughout the Vendor Showcase and Customer Appreciation Day.

East Coast Garden Center near Millsboro held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the expansion of the greenhouse, sponsored by the Milton Chamber of Commerce April 7.
The event was on the same day as a Customer Appreciation Day and the Vendor Showcase. The 13,000-square-foot expansion connects the cashier building with the Cordrey Center.
The expansion allows for a larger variety of plants, and lets folks shop in inclement weather. The event featured raffles, classes, demos and workshops.
