Joe Hengel of Lewes submitted this sunrise framed by a fence at Roosevelt Inlet March 31. “It was a pretty cold spring morning and I wasn’t dressed properly,” he said. “I took a few shots and ran back to my warm car. It’s always a nice sunrise from that spot!”
