TCC Verizon Rehoboth gives back to community
Backpacks filled with essential school supplies were handed out free to school-aged children who visited the TCC Verizon Store in Rehoboth Beach July 22. Children had their pick of pink, pink camo, grey, black, green and green camo to make their upcoming school year start on a positive note. The high-quality backpacks will give the students a boost to start their school experience.
Nearly 1,000 TCC and Wireless Zone stores teamed up to donate more than 187,000 backpacks full of school supplies through TCC’s annual School Rocks Backpack Giveaway. Since 2013, TCC has donated 752,000 backpacks filled with supplies to ensure students are well prepared for the start of the new school year.
