NVHomes debuts new homes at The Peninsula

NVR Inc. has announced the grand opening of new, luxury single-family homes in The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay, the established and award-winning beach resort community in Millsboro. NVR's NVHomes luxury division is building the homes.

NVHomes had previously offered luxury, cottage-inspired town houses in The Peninsula, so the company's new, single-family homes expand its architectural offerings and overall presence in the community. These new NVHomes are attractively priced, starting in the upper $200's. A grand opening event was held Sept. 4 and was heavily attended by prospective home buyers.

NVHomes' new single-family homes are the latest edition to this resort-caliber setting. Amenities at The Peninsula include Delaware's first private, Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole championship golf course, a comprehensive fitness center with spa facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, a large wave pool with a sand beach, a golf pro shop and a poolside restaurant.

Like all new NVHomes, the new single-family designs at The Peninsula are fully Energy Star qualified, yielding monthly utility bills up to 30 percent lower than standard homes, according to the EPA. All NVHomes also carry 10-year structural warranties and are independently inspected for quality by a third-party provider.
