Ride to the Tide to bring hundreds of motorcycles April 14
Special Olympics fundraiser ends at Jake’s Seafood on Route 1

Hundreds of motorcycles will take part in the a police-escorted ride from Smyrna to Rehoboth Beach Sunday, April 14, arriving about 12:30 p.m. at Jake’s Seafood on Route 1.
This event supports Special Olympics Delaware in its mission to provide year-round sports training and competition for more than 4,200 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Significant traffic delays could occur on Route 1, starting about 12:30 p.m. and lasting about an hour. Surrounding roads such as Plantation Road, Old Landing Road and Minos-Conaway Road may also be affected.
