Randy Betts, enjoyed music

Randy Betts, 62, of Georgetown passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at his home.

He was born Dec. 17, 1956, to Norman and Alice Betts. Randy was a graduate of Sussex Central High School. He enjoyed music, especially playing the drums. Randy enjoyed his time as a member of the Sussex Central Ruritans, the Moose Lodge and Central Delaware Civil War Round Table.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Betts; and niece, Taylor Betts. Randy is survived by his wife, Barbara Betts; mother, Alice Betts; brothers, Paul Betts, Mark (Cindy) Betts, Darryl (Janine) Betts and Kevin (Dusty Long) Betts; nieces and nephews, Kimberly (Tony) Wise, Karla Betts, Amber (Hunter) Holland, Dylan (Nicole Mitchell) Betts, Suzanne Betts, Jesse Betts, Gage Betts and Abby Betts; great-nieces and -nephews, Mikayla Wise, Wyatt Betts, Hanna Holland and Harper Holland.

Memorial Services will be at Zoar United Methodist Church in Millsboro Sunday, June 2, at 2 p.m., with fellowship following the service.
