DAR chapter pays homage to Col. David Hall
Revolutionary War hero served with Washington and was Lewes lawyer and governor of Delaware

On Memorial Day, William Richardson, president of the Caesar Rodney Chapter of the National Society Sons of the American Revolution, lays a wreath at the grave of Col.
