Delaware Electric Cooperative holds 83rd annual meeting

Delaware Electric Cooperative held its 83rd annual meeting Aug. 13 in the Dover Building at the Delaware State Fairgrounds.
Prior to the meeting, DEC hosted a fried chicken dinner for 6,000 members. Local officials were on hand serving the dinners and greeting their constituents.
