Donna Girod certified as real estate negotiation expert

The Lisa Mathena Group announced that Donna Girod has been awarded the Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, the premier negotiation credential in the country. The certification is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute and is an official certification of the National Association of Realtors.

Mathena said, “Donna joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the RENE certification, and we are extremely proud of her achievement.”

All candidates were required to complete comprehensive coursework in negotiation and subscribe to the Realtor code of ethics.

An experienced top producer, Girod specializes in buyer agency and property management. “I begin each relationship by communicating with each client to identify the most important needs they desire from their real estate experience. I pride myself on making time for clients outside of the normal business hours so I may better accommodate their schedules,” said Girod.

Girod is a native of Morris County, N.J., and holds a bachelor of arts degree from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pa.
