Local Mediacom employees earn accolades
Eight local Mediacom employees earned top customer service awards and recognition by the company’s senior managers during an awards ceremony held at Mediacom’s regional operations center in Dagsboro.
Heather Mustian of Dagsboro earned the National Gold-Level Payment Representative of the Year Award for her work as a customer service representative. Mustian has been employed with Mediacom for 13 years.
Lisa Vanaman of Millsboro earned the Regional Payment Center Representative of the Year Award for her work as a customer service representative. Vanaman has been employed with Mediacom for 12 years.
Dominic Mignogna of Millsboro earned the Dagsboro People’s Choice Tech Ops Award for his work as a broadband specialist. Mignogna was nominated through customer satisfaction scores and has been employed with Mediacom for one year.
Joseph Parish of Millsboro earned the Dagsboro Area Operations Employee of the Year Award for his work as an engineering and tech associate. Parish has been employed with Mediacom for 19 years.
Carol Marden, a Harbeson resident, earned the Dagsboro People’s Choice Award for her work as a customer service representative. Marden was nominated through customer satisfaction scores and has been employed with Mediacom for two years.
Adrianne Lowthert, a Lewes resident, earned the Dagsboro Employees’ Choice Employee of the Year Award for her work as a customer service representative. Lowthert was nominated through peer votes and has been employed with Mediacom for six years.
Marshall Davenport of Jamesville, N.C., earned the North Carolina People’s Choice Tech Ops Award as a broadband specialist. Davenport was nominated through customer satisfaction scores and has been employed with Mediacom for two years.
Christopher Falenski of Hertford, N.C., earned the North Carolina Area Operations Employee of the Year Award for his work as a broadband specialist. Falenski has been employed with Mediacom for seven years.
Mediacom employs 4,600 people companywide. The senior management team personally presents annual awards to employees who earn the highest performance rankings and demonstrate outstanding service.
