Jon Louden joins Keller Williams Realty in Lewes

Keller Williams Realty recently announced that Jon Louden has joined its Lewes office at 18344 Coastal Highway.

Recently licensed as a real estate sales agent, Louden brings his extensive experience in new home sales to the team. Since 2013, he has been with local and regional builders, most recently with Sussex County Custom Home Builder of the Year Capstone Homes. Louden has won numerous awards including the recent Gold Million Dollar Club, as well as Rookie of the Year at the Delaware Regal Awards.

Louden is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors and Sussex County Association of Realtors. Louden will be specializing in listing and sales of residential and vacation homes, lots and land real estate in the Lewes and Rehoboth area.

He is in a unique position as a Realtor, having extensive construction knowledge and experience selling homes in many local neighborhoods. His dedication to customer service has been consistent throughout his career, always earning the highest customer satisfaction marks available.

Jon and his wife Brooke have lived in Sussex County for over 17 years and moved into their current home in Lewes in 2013. They just welcomed their fifth child to the family in June. They can usually be found out and about at the local beaches or on the Junction & Breakwater Trail in Lewes. Louden said he is excited to help his new clients move to the area and explore all that the Delaware beaches have to offer.
