Hospice Fest fundraiser set Aug. 8 in Milford
Delaware Hospice will host Hospice Fest 2020 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 8, at 101 Veterans Blvd., Milford. Vendor registration is $10. Admission is $15. For information, go to www.delawarehospice.org.

American Legion to host yard sale Aug. 15

Art camp registration now open at RAL
The Rehoboth Art League's Summer Art Camps provide a creative experience with professional instruction in a fun and relaxed environment. Young artists can explore drawing, painting, sewing, ceramics and more at the Henlopen Acres campus. Sessions fill up fast, so early registration is recommended. Registration open for Oct. 11 Lung Force Walk
Registration is open for the American Lung Association Lung Force Walk to be held Sunday, Oct. 11, at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand. Day-of registration opens at 10 a.m. and the walk starts at 11 a.m.

Support groups for healthcare workers
Delaware Psychological Services is offering free online confidential support groups for healthcare workers dealing with COVID-19 issues. The groups are offered at 11 a.m., Tuesdays and 7 p.m., Thursdays.

Easterseals offers Lifespan Respite grant
Caregiver burnout can put one’s physical and mental health at risk. Respite allows caregivers the time to relax, clear their mind, and find some peace in their busy life. Through Easterseals respite programs, partially funded by the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities, caregivers could qualify for grant funding to pay for care of their loved ones while they get a break. New applications for Lifespan Respite funding are now being accepted. Auxiliary seeks donated emergency items
American Legion Auxiliary Unit 28 will observe National Make a Difference Day by assembling emergency preparedness bags. The auxiliary is seeking flashlights, adhesive bandages, antibacterial cream, small wipe packs, hand sanitizers and first-aid kits. Donations be dropped off anytime prior to Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the auxiliary office, American Legion Post 28, 31768 Legion Road, Millsboro.
