Freeman breaks ground on Tower Hill outside Lewes
Carl M. Freeman Companies and K. Hovnanian Homes held a groundbreaking ceremony for Tower Hill, a new home community located on New Road in Lewes. Carl M. Freeman Companies selected leading national homebuilder K. Hovnanian to build luxury single-family homes in this new community.
The groundbreaking was celebrated Nov. 18, with members of Carl M. Freeman Companies and K. Hovnanian teams lifting a ceremonial first shovel of dirt. Pictured (l-r) are Jason Farissier, K.
