Sea Glass Festival draws big numbers

June 11, 2021

The line to get into the Mid-Atlantic Sea Glass & Coastal Arts Festival at Lewes Historical Society was wrapped around the corner June 5, as hundreds of visitors eagerly waited to check out original, authentic art, jewelry, ornaments and more from dozens of vendors. The event continued June 6 with a second near-perfect day in Lewes. Over two days, more than 3,400 people walked the grounds. In addition to shopping at the booths of nearly 50 vendors, visitors’ $5 entrance fee benefited the Lewes Historical Society.
