Local couple Dale and Ken Dunning are celebrating 50 years of marriage.
They were married July 9, 1971, at Christ's Church in Hollymount. Their four sons are Troy, KJ, Dale and Brooks. They have four grandchildren, Karina, Jade, Ethan and Freya; and one great-grandchild, Paisley.
The founders of Jusst Sooup Ministries in Milton also will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of their Extreme Makeover build that took place Aug. 21, 2011, with a cookout on the property; details will be announced on the ministry website.
