Tevin Lamar Savage, 29, of Greenwood, best known as “Booder,” “Boo,” “Sonshine,” departed this earth Monday, Oct. 4, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones. He attended public schools in Milton and Millsboro. He graduated from Sussex Central High School, where he participated in music, theater and the Envy Step Team. Booder loved his family and mostly everyone with whom he came in contact. Booder’s favorite saying was “I love you more.” He could light up a room by just walking in with a smile and his amazing personality.
Booder worked for C.V. Davis, Sonic and Delaware Mentor Network; he also attended Full Sail University for Music. Booder attended Bethel A.M.E. Church in Milton.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Nocks and Otis Nixon.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Angel Snead; father, Ralph Floyd; bonus mother, Shawnette Savage; brothers Terence C. Savage, Te’von D. Savage, Bryant D. Savage and Brandon Marshall; sisters, Briana Savage and Tykia Savage; grandparents, Virginia Nocks, Ralph Purnell (Gail) and Barbara Floyd; godmother Dia Ames; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 27, at 1 p.m., at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 329 Mulberry St., Milton.
