Lefty’s Alley and Eats in Lewes officially cut the ribbon on its Spare Room Oct. 4, a new party space that features four new attractions, a full bar and a live entertainment space.
The Spare Room has replaced the former laser tag area and comprises 6,000 square feet of space that can accommodate several small parties or one large one. The area includes a Top Golf Swing Suite simulator, which allows users to play Top Golf or PGA courses. In addition, the simulator can play other games such as baseball, hockey shots, quarterback challenges and soccer.
Another interactive game in the room is the Lasertron Ax Throwing suite, a digital version of ax throwing that can accommodate groups of 10. There are also two lanes of duckpin bowling, which is similar to bowling but with a smaller ball.
For those not wanting to play games, the room also has a private karaoke room that can hold up to eight people who can choose from more than 35,000 songs.
Construction on the Spare Room began in April and was completed by contractor Lighthouse Construction in September.
