Jacona Brothers bringing Tiki Jac’s to Rehoboth Avenue
Restaurateurs also own Zogg’s, Wheelhouse and Bushels Crab House

Information is limited, but the old Nicola Pizza on Rehoboth Avenue is going to be a restaurant called Tiki Jac’s.
The pizzeria’s final day in the building was Labor Day; a Tiki Jac’s banner was hung in a ground-level window along Rehoboth Avenue a short time later.
The new restaurant will be run by Chris and Anthony Jacona, who also own and operate the Sea Hogg food truck, Zogg's Raw Bar & Grill, Zogg’s Rum Shack, the Wheelhouse along the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal in downtown Lewes, and Bushels Crab House & Seafood on Route 1 outside Lewes.
In addition to the space on the Avenue, the original Nicola Pizza on North First Street is also being renovated and turned into Downtown Blues, a restaurant operated by Bethany Blues.
The new restaurant will be located in one of the old Nicola Pizza locations.
