Parrothead club donates to Higher Ground Outreach

The Delaware Seashore Parrothead Club presented Higher Ground Outreach with a check for $1,500 at its monthly meeting Nov. 27.

A startup nonprofit in Georgetown, Higher Ground Outreach’s mission is to help families and individuals overcome homelessness and addictions by providing assistance to help them become mentally, physically and spiritually healthier. 

The Delaware Seashore Parrothead Club is a nonprofit organization that loves to help others, have fun and do it with a trop-rock twist. Over the years, the club has raised tens of thousands of dollars for local organizations.
