Robert “Bob" A. Moor Jr., 66, of Lewes, passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2022, at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce, Fla. He was born March 19, 1956, in Media, Pa, son of the late Robert A. Sr. and Helen (Anderson) Moor.

Bob owned and operated Moor Disposal Services Inc., retiring in April 2012 after many dedicated years. He had a love of life that was expressed in many different interests. One of his greatest joys was retiring to Florida, a place that he most enjoyed. Bob was a lover of classic cars and enjoyed fishing. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed camping and RV'ing with friends and family. Bob treasured time spent with those he loved more than anything. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who had the good fortune to know him.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother Ronald Moor; and his sister Melissa Moor. He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Ann Marie Moor;  his son, Robert A. Moor III;  his daughters:  Genesis Reifsnyder (Eric) of Milton, Jessica Toomey (Dale) of Lewes, and Destiny Middendorf of Lewes; his grandchildren:  Chase Reifsnyder, Landon Reifsnyder and Cameron Reifsnyder, all of Milton, and Grayson Toomey and Elijah Toomey of Lewes; and his siblings: Cheryl O'Donnell of Wallingford, Pa., and Thomas Moor of Aston, Pa.

A public viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 21, at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 22, at the funeral home, where friends may call beginning at 10 a.m.
