Lee Ann Wilkinson Group welcomes settlement coordinator Trish Irwin

The members of the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group of Prudential Gallo, Realtors reently welcomed their newest colleague, Trish Irwin. Irwin will be responsible for all settlement coordination duties.

Irwin, originally from Springfield, Pa., has lived in Delaware since 2000. She has seven years' experience in the real estate profession, working as a listing and settlement coordinator. Prior to that, she worked as an event planner, restaurant manager and office manager.

"Understanding how a real estate deal works from start to finish is a great help when it comes to bringing a transaction to the settlement table," Irwin said. "My job is to anticipate and follow up on the many details involved in settlement, particularly in today's market."

An additional factor is the number of transactions completed by the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. Last year, this figure was almost 200 sales.

"I look forward to the challenge of completing so many sales," Irwin said. "Both buyers and sellers can be anxious about last-minute issues, so it's especially gratifying when the actual transaction flows smoothly and everyone walks away from the settlement table happy."
