Mary Ann Morris, Millsboro resident
Mary Ann Morris, 72, of Millsboro, departed this life Sunday, May 21, 2023, at her residence. Born in Lewes, she was the daughter of the late Granville F. Oney and Helena L. Houston Oney.
Mrs. Morris taught in the Milford School District for many years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Marvin D. Morris; one stepdaughter, Kristin Morris; three siblings, Helena O. Mishoe (Henry), George F. Oney (Vernice) and Sonia O. Robinson (Michael); three sisters-in-law, Rev. Annie Custis, Teresa Demby and Jacqueline Street; one brother-in-law, Lloyd Morris; three grandchildren, Justin Curtis, Kelby Curtis and Kaden Curtis; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Lynn Engram.
