In recognition of LBGTQ+ Pride Month, Rehoboth Beach Mayor Stan Mills and his fellow commissioners presented officials from CAMP Rehoboth with a proclamation during a commissioner workshop June 5.
The proclamations says in part, “…[T]he City of Rehoboth Beach strives to live up to the meaning of its name, ‘room for all’ and to be a model for the nation on inclusiveness, creating a welcoming and supportive community, and ensuring that our residents and visitors have access to rights afforded all citizens.”
Following the workshop, the Pride flag was flown outside of city hall.
