Peter E. Carter, celebration of life set
Peter Ewart Carter passed away Monday, May 8, 2023. Peter was a longtime advocate and board member of Delaware Botanic Gardens.
He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Carter; son, Peter Carter (Sandra); grandchildren, Alicia and Olivia Carter; and close friends, schoolmates, students, mentees, and those who learned from him in formal and informal classrooms.
A Celebration of Peter’s Life will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m., Monday, June 19, at the Learning Garden at Delaware Botanic Gardens, 30220 Piney Neck Road, Dagsboro.
