Recently, Diane and Charles Raycob enjoyed a cruise on the Douro River in Portugal. They spent the first two days exploring Lisbon, then embarked in Porto for a seven-day cruise that included four other ports and a side visit to Salamanca, Spain, for a day. Along the way, they enjoyed visiting wineries, Baroque architecture, beautiful tile work and sampling Portuguese cuisine. To be fair, the Cape Gazette enjoyed the lovely cruise so much that it may return for more.
