Appraisal professional Patricia Persia earns state certifications

Patricia Persia, a licensed real estate appraiser since 2003, has earned two state certifications: the State of Delaware Small Business Focus Program certification and the Women in Business Enterprise certification from the State of Delaware Office of Supplier Diversity - Division of Small Business.

Appraising in Delaware, the 100% women-owned and -operated small business that Persia founded in 2005, specializes in estate, insurance, divorce, tax assessment and personal appraisals of real estate in Sussex and Kent counties.

To earn the Delaware Small Business Focus Program certification, businesses must meet specific criteria, including small businesses in good standing with the State of Delaware. The Women in Business Enterprise certification is awarded to at least 51% of businesses owned and operated by women.
