Top Maryland Realtors expand services to coastal Delaware

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, one of the region’s fastest-growing real estate brokerage companies, announced Realtors Kevin Hammersmith and Keith Sharp, currently with the company’s Columbia, Md. office, will be expanding their services to the coastal Delaware/Sussex County region.

Currently licensed in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and now in Delaware, Hammersmith is the team lead of the successful Hammersmith Team, which is in the top 2% of producers in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. He began his real estate career in 1989 and has amassed a string of accolades, including top producer and membership in PenFed Realty’s Chairman’s Circle/PenFed Elite.

Sharp, licensed in Maryland since 2004, and now in Delaware as well, joined PenFed Realty in 2021. Sharp’s foundation in business management and information technology has enabled him to develop a strong career in real estate sales where he has amassed an impressive track record of referrals from past clients.
