The Rehoboth Art League celebrated its 85th anniversary year with its historic Beaux Arts Ball at Camp Arrowhead’s activity center.
The themed ball, which takes the French Impressionist movement as its inspiration, featured entertainment, wonderful food and tasty libations. Taking top honors in the costume contest were Tiffany Lemen and Sam Swisher-McClure dressed in their woodland fairies attire.
Proceeds from the event support the RAL outreach program, which brings free arts education opportunities to underserved communities around Sussex County.
The event committee comprised Co-Chair L. Drexel Davison, Nicole Ashton, Denise Clemons, Matt Gaffney, Sara Ganter, Meg Gardner, Robert Kovalcik, Riess Livaudais, Peggy Marilley, Raquel Maynes, Rose Murray, Ken Norman, Mark Pipkin, Meghan Shupe, Leslie Strittmatter, Bob Suppies and Bonnae Vega.
