Realtor Melissa Logue earns luxury property specialist credentials

Melissa Logue, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Premier and the Julie Gritton Team in Lewes, recently earned the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation as well as the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist designation. These two accolades recognize Logue’s experience, knowledge and expertise in marketing high-end residential properties.

Logue joins an exclusive group of real estate professionals who have completed the institute’s training and have a proven performance record in the upper-tier market. The specialized training and ongoing membership with the institute provide Logue with the knowledge and tools to better serve her clients.
