The Lighthouse tree shines on TJ Redefer Memorial Baywalk
Revelers celebrate third annual ceremony on Rehoboth Bay

Residents, friends and even the Grinch joined members of the Redefer family Dec. 2 at the annual tree lighting on the TJ Redefer Memorial Baywalk along Rehoboth Bay in Dewey Beach.
Located near The Lighthouse Restaurant on the baywalk named for former Mayor TJ Redefer, the tree was lit by TJ’s family members, including wife Bobbie Redefer, son Jack Redefer and his wife Kirstin and their son, Joe.
This year’s celebration was joined by special guest the Grinch, who was in a festive mood passing out specialty drinks.
Giant brightly colored bulbs lead the way to the annual tree lighting ceremony at The Lighthouse in Dewey Beach.
