Interactive workshop on Five Steps to Finding You set April 24

March 31, 2024

HealTree will present Five Steps to Finding You: An Interactive Workshop facilitated by Melissa Clampitt, from 6 to 7:15 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, at 1632 Savannah Road, Suite 10, Lewes.

Navigating life can often feel overwhelming. In that state of mind, people can feel like they have lost themselves in the daily grind of life. Individuals may not remember the things that once brought them joy or might feel like it is too late to go after their dreams. It is possible to not feel that way. It is possible for anyone to remember who they are and focus on things that bring them joy.

“You don't have to feel like you are on this journey by yourself. You don't have to keep feeling lost and overwhelmed. Your voice in this world matters. Let’s find it together,” Clampitt said.

In this workshop, the facilitator will review the five steps attendees could use to reawaken to themselves, discover their aligned path, find their power within and renew their sense of self. Clampitt will guide participants through the masterclass. “Remember the powerful being you are. Release the old programming and stories you are holding in your body and mind. Rewrite your own story on your terms. Receive what you want to create for yourself. Reflect on each step to find what feels good for you and begin again,” said Clampitt.
