Cliff D. Cubbage, Del Tech retiree

Cliff D. Cubbage, 74, of Milton, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones Sunday, June 2, 2024.

Cliff was born April 29, 1950, in Wilmington. Cliff lived a very full and purposeful life. He was an avid antique collector, most recently Native American artifacts. He gave great advice and was a great mentor, especially to his family. Cliff worked for Delaware Technical Community College, where he retired as the department chair of Criminal Justice. He touched many of his student's lives. He was a loving and proud husband, father, stepfather, “The” Pop Pop, and kitty dad.

Cliff is preceded in death by his parents, I. Hammond Cubbage and Wilsie Mae Carmean Haber.

Cliff is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Robin Cubbage; daughter, Ashley Cubbage; stepdaughter, Haley Truitt; and grandchildren, Alijah Cubbage, Brianna Diaz and Amaiya Truitt.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Brandywine Valley SPCA, Georgetown.
