Miles for Military puts on charitable motorcycle ride

Miles for Military held a philanthropic motorcycle ride June 15. The ride started at Delmarva Power Sports in Salisbury, Md., and concluded at Bethany Blues near Lewes.
The ride benefited Operation We Care, a nonprofit all-volunteer organization supporting members of the military and first responders all over the world since 2007.
Each registered participant received a lunch from Bethany Blues. DJ Maxx was also on-site to provide entertainment. There was also a raffle contest with the potential of winning one of two Yeti prize packages.
Sponsors of the event included O.A. Newton, Schell Brothers, Magic 98.9, Froggy 99.9, AM960 Delmarva, KISS 95.9, Q105 and 1470WJDY.
