Representatives from the Greater Millsboro Chamber of Commerce recently joined husband-and-wife team Phil Noel and Sherrie Hearn, owners of Scoop-a-Licious, to host a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration at at 28417 Dupont Blvd., Millsboro.
Noel, Hearn and their team offer 10 flavors of ice cream and plenty of toppings to create the ultimate sundae.
