Local shaman and author to host free heart healing talk Aug. 1
Athena Monet, local shaman and author of “Leave with Love,” will host a free conversation on navigating relationship endings at 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 1, at Lewes Public Library.
The talk is open to anyone navigating the difficult decision to leave a relationship, at the center of a relationship ending, or recovering from a recent relationship ending. This event is open to people of all faiths and those who are uncertain of their faith. It will provide attendees with non-religious spiritual tools for healing the heart, basic mindset, and shamanic practices for finding clarity and rebuilding trust in oneself.
Attendees will benefit from a guided meditative journey designed to restore personal power and reconnect with their inner strength. The session aims to support individuals feeling out of touch with their power, helping them find their way back to a place of confidence and peace.
Monet has guided many through their most challenging emotional transitions. Her book, “Leave with Love,” offers profound insights and practical advice for those going through relationship endings.
“We often feel isolated during times of emotional upheaval, but it’s important to remember that you don’t have to navigate this process alone,” said Monet. “This event is an opportunity to come together, share experiences, and learn valuable techniques to heal and move forward.”
She will also answer questions and sign copies of her book.
