A breakdown of civility, lawfulness

November 1, 2024

Freedom of expression and personal property are at risk. The Harris-Walz banner outside our house on Clay Road in Lewes lasted four days before someone came on our property and tore it down. This is overt and personal cancel culture. There is a very real breakdown in civility and lawfulness these days. Bad behavior is being encouraged. Is this a foretaste of intimidation and repression to come if you disagree?

It makes me wonder how long democracy is going to last and how bad things might get.
