The Cape Gazette steps into the bullring during a visit to Spain
Jody Franklin of Lewes traveled by plane, train, and motor coach while visiting Spain. She visited several places Antoni Gaudí was famous for, including Casa Batlló, Park Güell, and Sagrada Família. She also enjoyed a tapas tour in Barcelona, the Picasso Museum in Málaga, The Alhambra and Palacios Nazaríes Alhambra Palaces in Granada, the Royal Alcázar and Cathedral of Seville, along with a horse-drawn carriage ride through the city, ending at the Plaza de Toros de Ronda bullring. Then, Jody spent the evening with the famed Flamenco Dancers and visited the Jewish Quarter and the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba. While in Madrid, she explored the many plazas and the Prado Museum. Don’t forget, if heading to Spain, it's a must to save room for unbelievable pastries, tapas, and wine.
