Louis James Pappas Jr., had friendly, outgoing nature
Louis James Pappas Jr., 79, of Millsboro, passed away Friday, Dec. 13, 2024. He was born in Orlando, Fla., March 11, 1945, son of the late Louis James Pappas Sr. and Marjorie (Pace) Pappas.
Jim graduated from DeLand Military Academy in DeLand, Fla., Class of 1963. He then attended the University of Florida. Jim worked primarily in sales and marketing until his retirement. He was known for his friendly, outgoing nature and his ability to connect with others easily. Louis had a wide range of interests, from watching college basketball to pursuing hobbies such as woodworking, photography, and collecting antiques.
Jim married his beloved wife, Stephanie Pappas, in 1979. He is survived by his wife; his son, Brett Pappas and his wife Kathryn; his daughter, Sabrina Brannen (Jason); his brother, Richard Pappas (Rebecca); his sister, Debbie Dart (Jeff); and his two Maltese kids, Kylie and Buddy. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, Justin, Eli, Joey and Jimmie. He was predeceased by his sister, Judy Flaherty.
A private service will be held in his memory.
Jim will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
