January 29, 2025

Bally’s Dover Casino Resort will hold an official grand opening at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 1, for Macau Kitchen Restaurant & Bar, an exciting new venue where tradition meets innovation. Guests are invited to celebrate in the newly designed dining space featuring a modern gaming lounge, and a menu that showcases diverse flavors and cultural heritage.

The event will include complimentary samples of signature menu items (while supplies last), a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a meet-and-greet with the culinary team, and a customary lion dance performed by Lee’s Lion Club to bring good luck to the venue at 1131 N. Dupont Hwy., Dover.

Macau Kitchen offers a dynamic dining experience with distinctive menus for breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast highlights include made-to-order omelets, Bally’s Benedict, fluffy pancakes, and chicken and waffles.

Signature dinner dishes include wonton soup, Vietnamese pho with house-made broth, Macau’s combination lo mein, and seafood pan-fried noodles.

Guests can pair the cuisine with modern craft cocktails, a curated wine list, international beers, and a variety of bubble teas and house-made desserts like ube and yuzu cheesecake.

Guests can also explore the adjacent high-limit gaming lounge, featuring mini baccarat and blackjack tables in an intimate setting.

The public is welcome to enjoy an evening filled with food, tradition and cultural celebration at the grand opening, and the management and staff look forward to sharing the rich tapestry of Asian cuisine.
