Allen Harim Foods announces new CEO

Allen Harim Foods LLC announced the appointment of Michael Little as its new chief executive officer, effective Feb. 6.

Little brings an impressive 30 years of experience in the poultry industry, having started his career as a management trainee before advancing through key operational and sales leadership roles.

Little’s career began at Allen Family Foods, where he spent eight years progressing from plant supervisor to export sales manager. He then spent 20 years with another large poultry company, serving in various sales leadership capacities before leading the sales division as vice president and a member of the executive team.

In February 2024, Little joined Allen Harim Foods as executive vice president of sales, where his leadership and expertise have already made a significant impact. His deep industry knowledge, strategic vision and commitment to excellence make him the ideal leader to drive the company forward.
